Successful archaeologist Ursula Scheuner makes a sensational discovery during excavations in a bog, just as her mother passes away. Ursula comes under suspicion of being involved in her mother’s death. Meanwhile, her assistant Mel stirs up further confusion. She seems to know more about Ursula’s past than she lets on and draws Ursula deeper and deeper into a labyrinth of memories and illusions.
