At the end of the Wild West era in Montana, the bounty hunter Ringo is left behind, gravely wounded. A fellow bounty hunter, Sally, discovers him and saves his life, only to later deliver him to justice. As Ringo drifts between consciousness and memories of betrayal and fallen companions, it becomes clear that what awaits him is not only his fate, but also a final reckoning with the sheriff. Ringo is a story of loyalty, guilt, and revenge, a Western in which memory and reality begin to blur.
