VERDANDI
Inspired by a true Faroese family story. Lív travels back to her childhood home on the remote Faroe Islands for her grandmother Semona’s 80th birthday, and uncovers a family secret – a trauma that Semona suffered during the war at a young age but never spoke about. Slowly, Lív manages to break the silence that weighs so heavily on her mother Barbara and her aunt Poula.
