When Nela takes a job at the Berlin Women‘s Helpline, a story she hears during her night shift begins to echo into her daily life.

The Berlin-based director, concept creator and graphic artist Celina Schmidt has been studying Directing at the DFFB since 2018, supported by the Horizont Foundation’s Young Talent Scholarship.

She currently has two other short films in post-production: the mystery drama AT THE FARTHEST SEA and the road movie DELTA, which was shot in Romania.
